Cycling troops Switzerland (1939-1945)
For the first military cyclists in the year 1892 it meant to bring "driving machines" themselves! But after 1900 the army produced its own orderly bike. In the years of the Second World War the cyclists, who belonged to the elite troops of the Swiss army, were considered silent and agile and were used especially at night. (luk)
