SERBIAN MEMORY IN KOSOVO BY PHILIPPE BRAULT
Kosovo, February 2008 The Serbian flag floats on the remnants of Zvecan fortress, in Northern Mitrovica. This castle built around the 10th century is one of the jewel of Kosovo's heritage. Northern Kosovo is the only region of the province where the Serbians are the majority. Some talk about the possibility of a Kosovo partition and the return of the Northern part to Serbia.
