PAKISTAN AT WAR: BAJAUR (2008- 2014)
RISALPUR PAKISTAN- MARCH 2011 .As their teacher tries to keep down the noise from a class of young children separated by plastic sheeting next door, a group of conflict displaced Bajauri boys between the ages of nine and twelve years construct groups of English words into sentences as they undergo a test. Located in a disused building at the partially constructed medical facility known as Benazir Complex, the UNICEF supported school provides basic education to the majority of the 1,243 children who have been squatting in a tented IDP camp near Risalpur for the past three years.
