Hinojos moved away from his old Los Angeles neighborhood, Florence, where he was part of the Florence 13 gang, in order to get away from the destructive lifestyle that he was living before. He now lives with his wife and four children in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of East LA. and has had a regular paying job for the last few months. He has been making an effort to remove himself from his past life for over 4 years now, though hitting a number of speed bumps along the way. He has been and out of juvenile detention and jail since he was 16. However, he has not seen the inside of a jail since serving 6 months back in July 2006, when he returned to his old neighborhood because he missed his friends and was arrested for violating police orders to stay away from the area. He is now a dedicated family man and is trying to be there for his children. (KEYSTONE/CAVAN IMAGES/Justin Maxon)
