TIERE ZOO AFFE MANTELPAVIAN
A small sacred baboon enjoy a piece of fruit at the zoo in Cologne, Germany, 09 July 2004. The sacred baboon usually inhabits dry, treeless semi-deserts, steppes and rocky areas in well organised groups of up to 40 animals. A special feature of their social life is the top male heading a harem of females within a group. Baboon ususally feed on roots, nutsm fruits, grass, etc, and small vertebrates.
