Es soll ein Ort der Zusammenarbeit und des Austausches zwischen den Studierenden der Technischen Universität München und Mitarbeiter*innen der Firma Siemens sein..Das moderne Gebäude wurde mittels BIM geplant und beherbergt auf vier Stockwerken rund 13.000 Quadratmeter nutzbare Flächen.....Peter Körte (Siemens), Markus Söder (CSU), Markus Blume (CSU), Thomas F. Hofmann (TUM) - Opening ceremony on the 17th april 2024 of the Technical Center of Siemens in Garching Researchcentre. .The building is designed to create a cooperative space between the students of the technical university of munich and the researchers from Siemens..The building has four levels with a total of 13000 square meters and was digitally planed with BIM.
