Israeli Yamas undercover troops arrest Palestinian men during clashes between stone hurling Palestinians and Israeli troops near the Qalandiya checkpoint between the West Bank city of Ramallah and Jerusalem on the 63rd anniversary of Naka (catastrophe in Arabic), the term Arabs use to describe the uprooting of thousands of Palestinians with the 1948 creation of the state of Israel. May 15, 2011. Yamas is the Counter Terror Undercover unit, considered to be the most efficient of the Israeli Defence Force's special units. The unit was founded in the beginning of the 90's when the Intifada began.
