GERMANY NEW GOVERNMENT TOLL
Cars drive pass an electronic truck toll station on a highway between Salzburg and Munich near Irschenberg, southern Germany, on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013. On Wednesday night Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservatives and Germany's main center-left party reached a deal to form a new government, more than two months after the country's elections. The two sides reached a compromise on conservatives' demands to levy a highway toll on foreign-owned cars using the Autobahns across the country. They agreed that it will be similar to the highway toll already charged in Austria and in Switzerland . (AP Photo/Matthias Schrader)
