GUATEMALA KRIEGSVERBRECHEN
A relative of Pedro Morales Gonzalez carries Morales' remains to the cemetery in Rabinal, Guatemala, Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007. Gonzalez is one of 26 people who were killed in one of four different massacres allegedly by the Guatemalan Army between 1981 and 1983. The families of the victims filed a report to the government indicating where their relatives were located in mass graves, and after the bodies were exhumed, studied, and identified by forensic anthropologists, they were returned to the families for a proper burial. The country's 36 year civil war left more than 200,000 Guatemalans killed or disappeared. (AP Photo/Rodrigo Abd)
