This photograph taken on July 24, 2021 shows rubble and debris on a disused segment of the A601 highway, used to temporarily store the debris collected in the areas destroyed during the floods, outside Liege. - In mid-July western Europe was hit by devastating floods after torrential rains that ravaged entire villages and left at least 209 people dead in Germany and Belgium, as well as dozens missing.
