Dental training. Trainee dental technicians being taught how to make false teeth or dentures. Dentures consist of a tough plastic (acrylic) base on which ceramic or acrylic teeth are mounted. The dentures are individually fitted to the patient's mouth and remain in place by resting on the ridges formed by the gums and by suction.
