Die Polizei kontrolliert am Eingang und am Denkmal den Respekt der Allgemeinverfügung zur Verbot von Fahnen Russland und Georgsbändchen. Vor Ort findet ein dauer Pro-Ukraine Ein-Mann-Protest statt.
