Zum 1. Mai 2024, dem Kampftag der Arbeiter:innen, fanden in Hamburg – neben der Gewerkschaftsdemo mit 7000 Demonstrant:innen – mehrere große Demonstrationen von linken und linksradikalen Gruppierungen statt. An der anarchistischen 1. Mai-Demo beteiligten sich mehr als 1600 Menschen, an der revolutionären 1. Mai-Demo rund 2000 Demonstrant:innen. Bei der Demonstration von „Wer hat der gibt“ durch die Nobel-Stadtteile Harvestehude und Rotherbaum demonstrierten nach Polizeiangaben bis zu 6000 Menschen. Alle drei forderten auf ihren Protesten bessere Arbeit und bessere Lebensbedingungen – ohne die kapitalistische Ausbeutung. So stand bei den Anarchist:innen „Solidarisch. Selbstbestimmt. Herrschaftsfrei.“ auf dem Fronttransparent – und „Revolution statt Faschismus, Krieg und Ausbeutung“ bei den Kommunist:innen. Auf mehreren Demonstrationen war auch der Israel-Gaza-Krieg ein Thema. So beteiligten sich an der revolutionären und der gewerkschaftlichen Demonstration pro-palästinensische Blöcke. Die Polizei begleitete die Demonstrationen mit insgesamt 1800 Beamt:innen...Im Bild: 1.
