The ATLAS (A Toroidal LHC Apparatus) is one of six detector experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) particle accelerator at CERN (the European particle physics laboratory) in Switzerland. At CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, physicists and engineers from all over the world research the fundamental structure of the universe relying on, amongst other things, the largest particle physics laboratory.(KEYSTONE/Gaetan Bally) In diesem Raum der CERN-Forschungslaboratorien wird eine grosse Maschine zur Beobachtung des ATLAS-Experiment gebaut, aufgenommen am Freitag, 3. September 2004. (KEYSTONE/Gaetan Bally) === , === : FILM]
